Online Music Lessons

             As a graduate from the University of Florida, I have received a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in music composition. Along with ten years of piano playing, I would be glad to offer my knowledge and experience to help you along your musical journey.

I am providing online lessons for the following subjects at this time:

  My goal as a teacher is to provide my students with the tools they need to perform, create, and understand the music that they would like to learn. While studying their music of choice, students will develop an appreciation and an understanding of the other music genres as it relates to their repertoire.

​

       Each student will develop a strong understanding of the fundamentals for their selected lessons. After developing these fundamentals, we can progress further into the areas the students would like to move toward, whether that be in the classical Common Practice Style, or more modern music such as film and pop music. Along your path, you will still be exposed to a variety of genres of music. Comparing the relationships of these different genres with your repertoire will help you recognize the many relationships different music have with each other.
